2026 NDRM&CPA Annual Convention
The North Dakota Ready Mix & Concrete Products Association’s premier annual event is our Annual Convention. Our annual convention hosts both the annual NDRM&CPA board meeting, as well as the joint North Dakota Concrete Council board meeting, fun night, tech day, and the prestigious Gold Star Award Banquet.
The annual convention is hosted annually by our current Board of Directors President. For 2026, President Matt Aberle of Master Builders Solutions is hosting the banquet at the BSC National Energy Center of Excellence on January 14-15, 2026.

The North Dakota Ready Mix & Concrete Products Association and the North Dakota Chapter, Inc. – American Concrete Pavement Association (ACPA) are once again looking to recognize architects, engineers, contractors, owners and concrete producers for Excellence in Concrete for projects that demonstrate innovation, craftsmanship, aesthetics and more.
If you have a project worthy of consideration, please read through the following instructions on how to complete and submit your application. Pay particular attention to the submission deadline. Winners will be notified in early December, and the Gold Star Awards Banquet will be held January 9, 2025 at the NDRM&CPA Annual Convention in Fargo, ND.

The North Dakota Ready Mix & Concrete Products Association’s Ready Mixed Concrete Delivery Professional Driver of the Year Award acknowledges the significant contribution of ready-mixed concrete truck drivers to the growth and success of individual companies and the ready mixed concrete industry. As a salute to these key members of the concrete production and delivery team, the award recognizes the driver’s career achievement, safety, professionalism, competence, and customer service skills in a manner that will enhance the industry and public image of the career Ready Mixed Concrete Delivery Professional.
Nominations can be made by completing the entry form below and providing the required supporting testimonials from supervisor(s) and customers. Nominations must include two high-resolution electronic images of the driver-nominee: one dressed in their normal working attire with their truck, and another full-length photo of the driver in work clothes with the background of your choice. Entries must be received via email to Brian Zuroff at bzuroff@ndconcrete.com with the subject “Driver of the Year Nomination” by December 5th, 2025.

Applications for the 2026 NDRM&CPA Scholarship Program are due Friday, December 5th, 2025. For consideration, please complete the application form below and return it to NDCC Executive Director, Brian Zuroff at bzuroff@ndconcrete.com with the subject “2026 NDRM&CPA Scholarship Application”.
Winners will be announced in late December. Scholarships will be awarded at the NDRM&CPA Annual Convention Awards Ceremony scheduled for January 15th, 2024 in Bismarck, North Dakota. In addition to the $2,000 scholarship, winners will receive a complimentary night at the conference hotel, admittance to the Annual Tech Day, and will be honored with a guest at the Awards Ceremony.
