Mr. Zuroff joined the NDCC Staff in November 2022 as their Executive Director. Brian brings more than 15 years of experience in professional engineering, project management, and marketing to the association. Mr. Zuroff is a licensed professional engineer in North Dakota and 4 other states, and has served on various boards and committees throughout the community. He lives in Bismarck with his wife and 3 children.

Ms. Schmidt joined the NDCC staff in November 2017 as the Executive Assistant. Savannah’s responsibilities include event planning, accounting, and general administrative responsibilities. Savannah also is the Accounting Manager for the Associated General Contractors of North Dakota. She lives in Mandan with her two children.

The NDRM&CPA ACI and NRMCA Certification Programs are managed by Gregory A. Johnson, PE, CWI. Mr. Johnson is a Licensed Professional Engineer with more than 30 years of experience in the concrete industry, serving in his role with NDRM&CPA since 2001. Mr. Johnson is based out of Fargo, North Dakota and serves the surrounding region as a consultant engineer in addition to providing many training and certification programs.
